SES Names Chuck Young GM of Nashville Location

NASHVILLE, TN — SES (Special Event Services) named Chuck Young as the general manager of the company’s Nashville location. Headquartered in Winston-Salem, NC, SES has additional locations in Nashville, TN, Concord, NC and Sacramento, CA. The company provides audio, lighting, video and rigging for a variety of projects.

Chuck got his start in the music industry by working as an audio engineer for legendary companies such as Showco and Electrotec. He then began touring as a production manager for countless acts until making the switch to Live Nation. Later on he describes one of his proudest moments as leading the transition for Nashville’s CMA Music Festival to move from the fairgrounds to Nissan Stadium in 2004. Most recently Chuck has spent the last eight years with Moo TV, who under his leadership was awarded Pollstar’s Video Company of the Year for the last six consecutive years as well as the Parnelli Award (PLSN/LDI) two years ago.

From humble beginnings, SES has served the production industry for the past thirty years from their headquarters in North Carolina and in 2012 launched their Nashville office which has since become a service hub for worldwide touring acts such as Zac Brown Band, Darius Rucker, Justin Moore and Chvrches and many others.
